  Well now, let’s see…Jimmy “One Term” Carter has the audacity to criticize President Bush. Is this the same Jimmy Carter who so effectively dealt with the crisis in which the Iranians stormed our embassy and held Americans hostage for 444 days? Is this the same Jimmy Carter who sanctioned a completely botched rescue attempt?? Is this the same Jimmy Carter who stated that people should be allowed to maintain the ethnic purity of their neighborhoods? Is this the same Jimmy Carter who referred to Hubert Humphrey as Hubert Horatio Hornblower during a eulogy? Is this the same Jimmy Carter who, while visiting Mexico, issued a comment regarding Montezuma’s Revenge and insulted their nation? Is this the same Jimmy Carter who asked for the resignations of his entire cabinet?

  Special thanks to Senator Arlen Specter who again cosponsored legislation (s. 206) To repeal the unfair Social Security Government Pension Offset (GPO) and Windfall Elimination Provision (WEP). Sen. Specter is the 27th cosponsor in the Senate. Companion legislation in the House, H.R. 82, has 297 cosponsors.
