Born and raised in the Bronx, New York (Hometown), Served 10 years with the U.S. Army Medical Corp in different places around the world. After the military lived in Texas for a while, and then Colorado for a couple of decades. Moved to Northern California in 2001 and currently live in Fairfield.

About Me
A spiritual person, non-denominational, non-religious, practicing a combination of techniques, meditation, etc., which I was introduced to back in the 1970's. I am currently retired from the work-a-day world and have alot of time on my hands. I do alot of volunteer work, mainly with kids, and I also go camping alot. That is one of the things I like about California is it's diverse landscape; in the winter I go camping in the Mojave Desert, and in the summer I camp near the ocean, but I also camp in the wine valleys and in the mountains. I do about 5 to 8 camping trips a year for anywhere from 3 to 15 days at a time. I love being out in nature. I am a former professional social worker and college psychology professor. Worked in Child Protection and also in the fields of mental health and substance abuse. I have a 35 year old son who lives in Los Angeles; that's one of the reasons I moved to California, but I preferred to live in Northern California.
