Places I've been: I've lived in the Atlanta Ga area.&.Kearnersville, NC outside of Greensboro.Now I live in Albuquerque,NM. I have traveled to Alaska, California, Hawaii and have driven across the country.twice.Been on two cruises.I love to travel.
More about me: I am 64 years old and I love life. I love to experience life up close. I have a 11 year old cocker spaniel and live alone. I have been divorced for many years. I spend alot of time with my two daughters and their families. I have a son who lives in Chandler Arizona. I have been in NM for 3 years . I enjoy the out doors, animals, crafts, traveling and cooking.
Activities: I love camping, fishing, horseback riding, just going to see new places.I am in love with life even if its just a ride down an unknown road. I love the water, and wish I could live on a lake. I also love crafts, and especially cooking, . Cooking and good food is my #1 thing.. I go to a community center and excercise and do tile painting. I also draw, oil paint and love silk flower arranging. A little of everything and a master of none..I love the outdoors.
Favorite Charities: Church/homeless shelters/any organizations who help children whether sick or underpriveledged and any kind of animal rescue or help organizations
Favorite Music: oldtime gospel, country, Big bands, and music from the 40's, and 50's like the old rock and roll, I also like musicals and plays.
Favorite TV Shows: criminal minds, CSI, NCIS ..food network, ..especially Paula Deen, (Everyone says I favor her) and the Home and Garden, TV..also National Geographic and the Today show
Favorite Movies: My all time favorite is Gone with the wind, but I like the older war movies, submarine pictures. The Final Countdown can not be beat. I like westerns, and sentimental movies. I love the White Buffalo, with Charles Bronson and any Nickolas Cage movies like the National Treasure. I love the Pirates of the Caribbean, . I am a sucker for mysteries, Tommy Lee Jones is one of my favorite actors.. Loved the Missing...I have been to the Valle Caldera where it was filmed many times
Favorite Books: I like James Patterson books. The cross series is my favorite. My favorite book is my Bible. I like Mysteries and I also listen to books on tape.
Favorite Quotes: United we stand, divided we fall. Leave it at the foot of the cross.
Favorite People: Katherine Hepburn was my favorite actress, Patsy Cline my favorite singer. I admire Oprah.
Favorite Places: I love the outdoors, and Alaska is my favorite so far. I am not much on the heat and humidity so I enjoy cool weather. I loved the sequoias, Hawaii & Oregon. I am a sunshine person and maybe the rain on a nice afternoon. My home state is Virginia and I think she is beautiful but the west is so vast and free.
Favorite Animals: I love animals and have a 11 year old cocker spaniel who thinks he's my child. I enjoy visiting the wild life parks. I love the wolf and raptor sanctuaries. I love to watch birds, and just getting to interact with animals but I do not like spiders or bugs

Good Morning! Glad you have a visitor. Those are always fun. I am headed to California on Thursday to visit with my mother, Granny, daughter and Grandson. My Granny broke her hip last month and she just got home yesterday. I am going to help take care of her for a few days. Enjoy Las Vegas! I love it there. Oh, and be sure and take some water, I heard it's HOT, HOT, HOT out there right now!
