Places I've been

I have lived several places throughout my life, mostly in southern California. Early in life I lived in Laguna Beach, San Diego, Newport Beach and spent brief times in Mammoth Lakes, San Francisco and Hawaii. Later in life I lived 8 years in Malibu and the last 20 years in Santa Barbara.

    I am a generally happy person. I am introspective, creative, and an independent, liberally-minded person. 

    My days are spent pursuing my goals towards managing my own small business, designing upscale clothing and accessories. I am goal-oriented, self-disciplined, and self-motivated.

     If my friends had a complaint about me it is probably their inability to reach me. When I get my mind set on a project I block everything else out. This is my work style.

      I am a physically active person, very slender and fit. I eat a very healthy diet consisting of mostly fresh organic food. 

     Within intimate relationships I enjoy expressing my femininity. I love massages too.

 

Activities

In the city I enjoy dining out once a week at a nice restaurant and going to live performances or films. In the country I enjoy easy hikes, skiing, rollerblading, casual bike rides to beach, swimming in natural lakes or ocean.

Favorite Charities

Environmental education and training programs that teach people to help themselves.

Favorite Music

Ska, rock, some 40 swing, also the best of most styles. I dislike most hip hop or ganster rap.

Favorite TV Shows

Charlie Rose, HBO series, Daily Show, BBC news, most PBS show are generally good quality.

Favorite Movies

Apocalypse Now, Lord of the Rings, American History X, Romeo and Juliet(both versions). I generally like bizarre films, foreign films and films that challenge me intellectually. Being a designer I like eye candy films too.

Favorite Books

Non-fiction mostly. Educational and instructional books. I don't have time to read much fiction.
