More about me: I'm so excited to be on Eons. Let me tell you a bit about myself and then I'll tell you how I think WE are going to have fun together.

I began my photography career over 30 years ago when I became passionate about the jazz culture of the late 70s. I was photographing and keeping company with Chet Baker, Miles Davis, Tony Bennett, and many other jazz legends. After working as the first staff photographer for Musician magazine for 5 years, I continued shooting musicians for album/CD covers and portraits for Warner Music for the next two decades.

As a contributer to Rolling Stone, Time Magazine, Newsweek and the New York Times, I also photographed most of the biggest names in pop culture. I created over fifty memorable author portraits for book covers.

I am currently editing a collection of portraits representing my favorite outtakes of the eclectic, famous and infamous people I've shot.

And guess what? Now, I'm starting a photo club on Eons! Why? Because photography is still my passion and I love to share what I've learned with others.

Let's talk about the club. This is some of what we're going to do....photo assignments, critiques, great conversation, seminars, photo contests, how-to's and of course, a gallery opening or two. This is not technical instruction - no techno-geek talk here, just some great tips and sharing photos we love.
