More about me
I was, for the most part, a stay-at-home mom and  a grandmother of 5. I enjoy the company of my family and my pets. At the moment I have a Mastiff, a Bloodhound, a Basset Hound and a grand-dog (belongs to my daughter) that was a Boston mix rescue from the animal shelter who stays so much at my house I should charge rent.  My husband of 37 years has recently retireed and we hope to travel some.

    Just looked through all of your pictures, and love your animal pictures. I was surprised to see the Carlsbad pictures. I lived in El Paso in the early '80's and went to Carlsbad on several occasions. Always loved it there, but never saw the bats fly in the evenings. You had one picture with, what I assume, was a bat flying. It seems funny now, but since I live in Alabama I see bats every evening flying in our yard and over our house! As an animal lover, I like bats too.
