Retire Healthy

I love to cook, have taught at a Culinary School for 5 yrs, had 12 restaurants & still cater.

My biggest accomplishment is my 7 grandchildren and my 4 children.

I love to travel, stay healthy and help my friends and family stay in the best possible shape they can be. My goal is to retire healthy!

Most people can't believe my energy level, it is always on full-speed. I love life and giving to my friends and family.
