More about me: I am a 60 year old male who is working on my 3rd marriage. I have 3 biological children who hve given me 9 biological grandchildren. I have two step- children who have shared their 4 children with me and my son has 3 step-sons - which brings my total grandchildren to 13!!

I am looking for FRIENDS to share life with - since most of mine are in other states and do not tend to do much on the computer. I am generally pretty out-going but not very socialble in group situations. Is this a contradiction? Probably, my wife says I have two personalities.

I tend to be a country boy at heart but have seen a lot of big cities and have had more jobs than I care to think about.

Activities: Reading Sci-Fi and sel-help books; watching TV; walking when the weather allows.
Favorite Charities: Cancer & heart societies since my famil suffers from problems with both.
Favorite Music: Country and oldies (60's & 70's). I love my XM Radio!
Favorite TV Shows: Law & Order and CSI series shows; Biography & History channel shows. Game show network shows. In other words too many to list. I have 10 VCRs of which I record on at least 5 each week.
Favorite Movies: Somewhere in Time!!
Favorite Books: Currently reading Time And Again by Jack Finney; The White Knight (Marvin Zindler's biography); and a couple of books on meditation. Maybe I will finish one of them by the end of the month.

Favorite Animals: Dogs & cats - we have one of each. I have had as many as 8 dogs and 22 cats at one time. They all have different personalities and give back a pound of love for every ounce you give them.
