The Voice of Reason is a 30 minute production of editorials, opinions and letters to the editor from local and national papers that focus on issues that impact our community, our country and our world. Charles broadcasts The Voice of Reason every Friday at 11 am EST from the WCOM studio on 103.5 FM in Chapel Hill & Carrboro, North Carolina. For listeners outside the FM broadcast area the program is streamed worldwide on the web. To listen on the web, you can either Google WCOM - it’s the first link - or go to http://www.communityradio.coop and click on the ‘Listen Online’ icon in the upper right hand corner of the home page. Listeners are encouraged to call in and voice their opinion. You can reach Charles via email or the studio number is 919-929-9601. Although many of the shows include political topics, he doesn’t have a political leaning one way or the other. Charles chooses the topics for his show based upon what he thinks will generate discussion of important issues.
