More about me: I'm 53 years old - single - love gardening, music (listening & performance),my family and friends, learning new things, meeting new people - just moved from the country to the suburbs and starting over again!!! It's exciting and I'm having fun. Hope to 'meet' other kids my age to yak at.
Activities: spoiling my granddaughters - singing and hanging out with musicians - gardening - internetting - flea markets, yard sales and thrift stores! - writing - beading -
Favorite Music: All classic rock - Most jazz (my preferred listening) - Blues -Bluegrass - New Age - acoustic guitar and other acoustic music. Some Classical (Mozart and a few others when I'm in the mood for them) -just about everything except the most commercial Country.
Favorite TV Shows: CNN - don't watch TV much
Favorite Movies: Willow, the Rings trilogy, Star Trek and Star Wars for old times sake - all nature documentaries. History documentaries
Favorite Books: I love to read - mostly fiction - mysterys, sci-fi, non-"gushy" historical novels, and some non-fiction (history, science, philosphy, politics, psychology...)
