Hi, I'm Dave, and it seemed appropriate to be on a Boomer site as I'm president of Boomer Advertising, Inc. in New Bern, NC (one of the top relocation towns for Boomers in the US). Also, coincidentally, we specialize in the marketing and advertising of planned real estate communities and homes throughout the east coast, gulf states, and beyond. I'm interested is sharing experiences with others involved in real estate, marketing, advertising, and promoting the Boomer lifestyle. As we all know, Boomers don't take retirement sitting down. No shuffleboard. No rocking chairs. It's skydiving and trips to Egypt and Mount Everest for this generation! It's great to see a site dedicated to the unique needs of Boomers. One of the things we do for real estate developers is help them create the ambience and amenities targeted to potential residents. I'm hoping this forum will help us in making communities that are perfect for our generation.
