Places I've been

My husband and I love to travel. We visited Seattle, San Diego, LA. With our RV we spent time in Mesa, Sedona. By the ocean Marathon Key FL.and Key West. Trips to Orlando to see Universal Studio and Mickey. We RV'd to Branson to see some shows, in Memphis visited Graceland and checked out Peabody Hotel and the ducks, BBKing's bar. Heartbreak Campground by the Heartbreak Hotel was our stop. Our RV took us to Nashville, my husband plays lead guitar so he visited Gibson Guitar factory. We stayed in New Orleans before Katrina hit, explored French Quarter, blues bars and great restaurants. In Vale Colorado rode a gondola up the mountain to a beautiful view. Grand Canyon, Hoover Dam is awesome. Many years ago we got married in Vegas so we visit often. We saw Celine Dion's show. She is fantastic. Our first Shih Tzu "Freeway" came with us on our trips. He was a great travelling companion. In Key West, we dipped his paw into the ocean at "Dog Beach" near the most southernly part of USA.We travelled with him to Horseshoe Bay near Vancouver BC. in Canada and dipped his paw into the ocean furthest west from us. Winnipeg, Manitoba in Canada is our home and travel often to Vancouver BC, & Calgary.The Canadian Rockies are awe inspiring. We love to visit Kelowna BC. In Winnipeg winter really is cold, so we go south for 2 months to Texas.There we took a 5 day bus tour into Mexico than spent a week on Padre Island by the ocean. Twice we spent time in Cancun and Puerto Vallarta. I visited my birth country Hungary a year ago.There are lots of beautiful places to see, great food to eat, and warm, friendly people to converse with.

I have been a Realtor, had a successful run managing jewellery stores and at this point in my life I am semi retired working when I need to.

Raised 3 boys,  two of them living at different cities from me. My husband and I travel a lot and spend time at the lake. I read, do crosswords, take yogalatis and pilatis when I can in our community center.

I have a Shih Tzu "Zookie", he is cute, independent and lot of fun. I started a group "The Proud Shih Tzu". We have many cute furry members and their parents  I am happy to say. Check us out and join us.

Travel, travel, travel. Self - improvement always. Yoga, Pilates classes. Reading, crossword, puzzles, working part-time selling jewellery. Dancing, cooking for friends and family.Taking my 87 year old Dad grocery shopping sadly he passed away November of 2008.Enjoying my family and my Shiz-tzu
