I love Tex Mex (hey I live in Texas)...chile relleno and fajitas. I also love pasta. Right now I am cooking low fat and using South Beach recipes.

my dad, all policemen and firemen, students with disabilities, AND and the latest hero in my life is TornadoWoman who looks 50 and is so fit at a smidge older than that. She is my role model and my hero....

Rent an Italian villa with my friends and/or family

Who is the most interesting person you have ever met?

I spent a week at Texas School for the Deaf and met an amazing woman who is deaf blind, but jumps out of airplanes, skis on dangerous slopes and in general enjoys life. She taught me that enjoying life and taking risks are both wonderful goals.

Now that you are over 50, what are you doing that you never thought you would?

Living on my own again by choice...downsizing and getting rid of junk...however, I am also enjoying a Lexus.

What is your dream vacation?

Zermatt Switzerland..it is in the mountains, it is Christmasy, it is small, no cars are allowed and it is so beautiful and restful....anywhere in the mountains is a dream to me...

church, Council for Exceptional Children, educational diagnostician organizations, in the past hiking clubs, Gamma Sigma Sigma, for awhile Alpha Gamma Delta, and Scouts

Where were you born?

Smack between lovely Nashville and Elvis' resident city of Memphis. Just recently I finally visited Graceland long after I moved out of Tennessee.
