Hometown: Small town, Midwest. aka Central City, NE
Places I've been: I've lived in the Boston Area in the 70's and moved back to area around Lincoln NE by the end of them. From there I have lived in Kansas City, Kansas before returning to Nebraka. Loved the Nebraska Sandhills and if I had my druthers would probably be there now.
More about me: I am the mother of two adult children. Both of whom have recently married and so I am now the mother-in-law to two adult children. Different kettle of fish entirely, only common denominator is you tend to love them too.
I was a United Methodist Minister for almost 20 years until I was forced to take disability leave. A recent illness left me so weak that I couldn't even hold a book. So I am making up for being unable to read for almost a year. So many books, so little time. . .
I like to knit, do needlework and crafts, and have a great fondness for my pets. Who listen to my crazy ideas and don't tell. Put up with my moods and don't tell and like me even when I'm not sure I am likable. I would love to think of myself as a cat: poised, confident, aloof, able to land on my feet but in truth I am probably more of a dog; jumping up with muddy paws, tripping over my own feet, loyal and will forgive a lot for a little affection.
I joined eons to meet new people, and learn about them and the places they are and the things they do.
