In December 2006, I lost my husband to cancer. After having spent 29 years with him, his death has left a big hole in my life and my heart. As I know that life must go on, and time helps to heal, I am trying to keep busy. I am a homebody, but do enjoy traveling and in March 2007 I went on a Caribbean cruise. Photography, genealogy, reading, and gardening are some of my interests. I like animals and have two Abyssinian cats living with me. I enjoy being in or near water, walking on a beach or the woods.
