I lived most of my life in Washington state. I spent a summer in San Francisco (remember when???) and another summer in Cooper Landing, Alaska. I travel in Canada and Mexico but would like to visit Ireland and the UK and also New Zealand and Australia.

I love REAL things... horses, grandkids, the outdoors, smiles, friendship, bicycle riding, oceans, forests, the sun caressing my face, puppy breath, peanut butter cups, dragonflies, candlelight and probably you!!!  I am a Reiki Master and Teacher who has been a director of Indian elders' programs and most of my time is spent helping people. I am happy and vital and energetic and I try to make things better.  I love roses and hugs.  I really *really* love hugs....
