I am married to my prince. I am blessed to live near the beach and have two sons that I love and actually like. I am a psychotherapist/psychologist working in private practice with patients suffering from eating disorders and mood disorders. I am certified as an eating disorder specialist, certified addiction professional and National board certified clinical hypnotherapist. I am currently working on my manuscript: A Spiritual Recovery from Food Addiction for publication.  For leisure, I power walk with my 75 pound white German Shepard or ride my bike with my husband along the shoreline of the Atlantic ocean. I try and get away to my second home to write and remove myself from the daily grind of life.
