I've loved soaps since high school, after getting advanced degrees and doing some extensive travelling at a relatively young age, I moved to US permanently with my English husband and worked in advertising on Madison Ave in NYC.  One of my accounts was P&G and I used to attend tapings of shows such as Edge of Night, and visit my former professor from grad school- Bernie Barrow aka Johnny Ryan from Ryan's Hope.

I left the workplace when I had my first child and was never happier doing anything than when I was as a full time mom.  When the youngest of my three children entered high school, I returned to the work at the local high school.

Activities

Reading, watching British comedies and sci fi on netflix, youtube and ITV, walking my very cute otterhound/wheaton mix dog, snuggling my very affectionate cat, every genre of music, music, music- Broadway shows, travel and family

Favorite Books

All things Harry Potter- read way too much to have favorite author or book but I think the most beautifully written prose I've ever read is Sophie's Choice- pick any page at random and the words just embrace you.
