More about me: I am no stranger to the healthcare field, having spent 25 years working as a Licensed Practical Nurse, serving in the United States Army as a Combat Medic and the last 10 years as the Owner of Comfort Keepers, my experience has taught me the importance of caring for others as if I were caring for members of my own family. I first fell in love with seniors at the age of 13 when I volunteered as a candy striper at Barnes St Peters and at a nursing home where I visited once a week to read books and provide companionship to the residents. Back then, I didn’t realize that the experience would bring me to Comfort Keepers where I am passionate about the care we provide to our clients.
