I haven't done a lot of traveling... Not that I wouldn't like to... just haven't had that particular opportunity... I do love beaches... especially those along the Gulf Coast... I also enjoy the mountains, although, I haven't visited nearly as many of those as beaches... LOL

Hi!

I'm 45 years old, legally, and permanently separated... divorce is a certainty.

I have two teenagers, one of which has graduated High School, the other will soon. They both live with me.

I am currently a student at Louisiana Technical College. I will finish my last full semester in Fall 2009. I will be in the job market in December. My official graduation will be in May 2010.

I'm excited, but a little aprehensive about looking for work. This ecomony has me very nervous... still, I am looking forward to being self-sufficient.

I am a staunch conservative, and a huge fan of FoxNews.

I view money as a tool. It's a good thing to have, but as long as my immediate needs are met I am satisfied. I am happy with the simple things in life.

I look forward to meeting lots of new people here on eons.

Activities

I am interested in amateur photography... I have posted many of my favorite pics here... I also enjoy reading, writing, talking, gardening, politics, and learning of any kind.

I don't know if you'd call it a "charity" but I am a platelet donor.

Favorite Music

I love most kinds of music... The exceptions to this rule are rap and hip hop... I don't really view them as music... Presently I am into Country, and have been for a little while...

Favorite TV Shows

Mostly I've watched FoxNews recently... I love Beck, Hannity, O'Reilly, Cavuto & Greta... I also love shows like Ghost Hunters, and Ghost Adventures, etc... In addition to stuff like Ice Road Truckers, The Deadliest Catch, Dog the Bounty Hunter and a few others.

Favorite Movies

I love movies like The Shawshank Redemption, The Butterfly Effect, The Sixth Sense, To Kill a Mockingbird, Sargeant York, etc...

Favorite Books

Stephen King is my favorite, although since he was hit by the van he has gone COMPLETELY off the deep end.
