Imagination can be a blessing or a curse.
It can drive out a poem or a painting
It can keep you up at night.
Till sleeplessness drives you out in a herse.
Many a spontaneous drawing it has manufactured
Many a funny song it's grown
Dutifully it performs it's salvage operations
When employers disappoint and husbands roar.
But without imagination
I'd be a sorry girl...
A really lack-luster teacher
A dancer without a twirl!
