I was born and raised in Boston, actually a section of Boston called Dorchester. No matter where my life takes me, I will always be a Dorchester girl at heart. If you are from Dorchester, you will understand my meaning.

My family I treasure. They are my reason for being. I love family gatherings, BBQ'S, holidays, anything that brings us together puts a smile on my face. I love being a mom and a grandmother .

I have discovered that contentment comes in many forms and I can achieve it by doing what I love to do the most ..... spending time with my friends and family.

I love cooking.....I am in the process of compiling my own cookbook with recipes I have collected throughout the years from family and friends. If you need a lost recipe, check with me as I probably have it somewhere !

Traveling is another great love of mine. I would love to see Italy, Hawaii and Alaska .

I Have met some very wonderful friends here on Eons. They have brightened up many days for me. I hope I have done the same for them.
