More about me

I am on my fourth career. They have included teaching, photography, computers, analytical chemistry. I grew up in California, and left after getting my graduate degree (I wanted to see the rest of the country). I have seen most of the country and been to some very beautiful places. I have been to Europe once and the sense of history was awesome. I got to visit several art museums while in Europe, incredible.

I am trying to slow my life down. My current career, teaching, was a major attempt to slow down. haha. It is more work than any other career than I have ever had. I do try to meditate daily and also try to exercise daily. I have been doing some form of aerobic exercise since starting grad school in 1974.
