I own both a real estate company and a business consulting firm--Los Cabos Business Solutions--in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.  With the latter, my partner and I help people who want to locate to Los Cabos, not necessarily to retire (although we can find great condos and houses for those who are only considering retirement) but actually if they want to live in Baja and more importantly continue their current career or start a new business.  Los Cabos is extremely popular as a tourist destination and even more so because of the current economic situation in North America as a place to work in a healthy, tropical environment where we have sun and warm weather virtually every day of the year.  Although this is Mexico, many of companies we're familiar with North of the Border, from Costco to Walmart, Best Buy to Domino Pizza are here.  More people are moving South of the Border and what we're familiar with up north can easily "translate" down here, from smoothie shops to dry cleaners, professional craftsmen to ethnic restaurants.  We provide the services to incorporate here, to procure work visas and anything and everything essential to start a new life and a new career in a terrific area.  In effect, if anyone wants to "start over" or simply continue working, we can assist.  And although it is Mexico, Los Cabos is an ideal place to start a business without having to worry about speaking Spanish.  Both English and the "dollar" are spoken here.  Therefore, we're here to help if anyone is seriously considering making a lifestyle and career change.
