I'm a woman who is just now learning how much strength I really have inside.  Always having been a health nut, and "greenie" before it was popular, I am now looking at the massive changes ones health can cause, hand how ones atitude really does influence ones recovery. 

Recently diagnoised with FMS, along with my AO, I now find that eating a totally healthy diet does not garentee low cholesterol, or perfect health!

I enjoy gardening, writing and doing research into most interesting subjects that I had in the past-- no or little knowledge of....

I also wish to move to a warm climate, where my AO won't hurt so much... and all that other stuff... lol, life today is what I make it... and I will make it!!  Thanks to all of my dear friends, online and at home...

Anything with Morgan Freeman, I say that because I have come to know that when a great actor works a character.. you can get lost in the script... So many, from comedies to action adventure... but not a big fan of horror... though I do enjoy the Twilight series of movies...(more sci-fi ?)
