Places I've been

I lived in different area's around the twin cities. I was a cosmetologist and won awards in hair styling and make-up competitions both as the artist, and as a model for others. I attended conventions, and competitions in Chicago, Las Vegas, New York, and many Minnesota cities. That was in my first life. I woke up from the coma with no memory of myself or my life. I technically survived my own death. I had to re-learn everything as a baby has to learn about living life. I had to become a person again. I am happy to have a new life, and it's great to be alive! I appreciate the sunshine and smiles which is a constant in my life. I may be crazy - but I am a happy crazy lady!

I am a Columnist on Brandlady.com a weekly online Women's Magazine and/or Newsletter. 

I have lived an unusual life:  I talk about my experiences past and present and I share my thoughts with wit and warm thoughts which are uniquely my own. Several years ago, I experienced a “living nightmare,” when I physically survived a car accident. I was in a coma for almost five months. When I awoke I had absolutely no knowledge of myself, my life or of living as a human being, and I had to become a new person. I am now a unique new woman who enjoys life with as much zest as I can fit in. 

My life is often wild & crazy, and I get around using an electric wheelchair and drive an accessible van. It has been said that I drive people crazy too; but I do that in a unique way too.

I have written my Memoirs hoping that those who read it; will see that anything is possible. I believe we control our own destiny; by the choices we make. Life can have a positive, peaceful quality which can be whimsical and enchanting if you open your minds to allow it. My book: "Wheels of MizFortunate" will be available when I find a Publisher!

Activities

I am a Columnist on weekly women's magazine: Brandlady.com I have written my Memoirs and I am looking for a Publisher. I would like to dedicate my book "Wheels of MizFortunate" to each Veterans Hospital in the USA, but can not personally pay to have the book printed or sent/postage. I truly believe my book may help others tying to dea with or live with PWD's. It is a humble, sometimes light, account of how I survived; then & now.
