More about me

Proud Grandmom/Great Grandmom, have loving hubby who is also my best friend.  Hubby has a hobby reloading ammo for himself/friends and a local pawn shop.  I resigned from at-home computer agent job in November to be with family during the holidays.  Working once again as a Benefits Counselor (Flex) for a major insuror.  Love my job!  We have nice retirements but think we stay healthier working some.  Hubby and I worked as couriers (together) courier after our retirement in 2002 for about 2 years and did some interesting work, sometimes traveling all the way to the Kentucky border from where we live in Southeast TN.  We lugged copy paper, office furniture, etc., then toned down to just hauling meds for a commerical pharmacy, much lighter and easier.  After putting 150,000 miles on a new truck within a year, we decided that at our approaching ages to get something where we didn't have to use our own vehicles.  

I enjoy gardening, sewing, computer, my beautiful granddaughters, Lacey and Holly, our daughter Kari and her soon to be hubby Preston, and fantastic great grandson Keagen Christopher born Feb 3, 2010, and great granddaughter Aubrey Renee born January 11, 2012, camping, hiking, etc.   Our youngest granddaughter Holly married her great guy Matt Sept 24, 2011.  Life is good.  

Activities

I enjoy gardening, sewing, computer, my beautiful grand/great grandchild. Enjoy sewing, computer, ATVing, granddaughters, camping (although not doing much with the gas prices), hiking, etc.

Chi Chi (beloved pet who died 7/30/08), our Chi Sandy, Pixie Princess (rescued 5/20/09)..will be two June 13, 2009, Zanna our TN treeing brindle; our kitties Emmy, Scooter, Buckwheata (RIP Aug 08) and Minnie Man.
