Lived all my life in Texas. San Angelo, Victoria, Witchita Falls, Dallas, Corpus Christi, Kingsville. Was Adm. Assistant to marketing director of Advertising for the Caller Times, Newspaper. worked as copywriter for Radio and TV, left Newspaper to open our own family seafood restaurant owned and managed for over 20 yrs. Traved to Mexico, New Mexico, Nv. Colorado, Ok., Miss, Louisana... would love to see more of This beautiful, wonderful America. We are retired and I am member of ReaganRoundUp....and proud to be a part of this group. Love to meet new friends ...

My name is Darlene, I live in Texas and I am a member of the ReaganRoundUp. We are a supportative group for all our Military men and women. I am married to my wonderful husband, 33 years. We are both retired and live in the country. We love the country life. Love to camp, and travel, when we can. Take cruises, fly to Vegas, and enjoy good friends and their company. I am very active in the ReaganRoundup and receive many happy rewards thru this organization. Just sitting on the patio and watching nature through the seasons as the come and go.....some wild life venture close every now and again,but not often enough.

I like to read, garden, and be outdoors as much as possible. write to my pen pals in RRU and work on care packages... computer, make cards, and find new friends. I enjoy chatting with old and new friends alike...... drop in some time....love to meet you.

I had two daughters, the oldest deceased 4 years ago, My one remaining daughter and son are the loves of my life along with 5 granchildren, 4 boys and 1 girl, Also 5 great grand children 3 girls and to boys. These are the most important things in my life....... family. I am blessed with an active Mother of 89 1/2 years, and two brothers.

I love life, and try to live each day as if there will be no tomorrow, and Thank God each and every day for all my blessings.

I joined the ReaganRoundUp just a couple of months after It was founded. The rewards are unforgetable. Just to bring a moment of "home" to our troops or to think that it takes their mind away from thing going on even for a few minutes is a blessing for me. I have heard from some of the pen pals and others I have not heard from....But never give up.... just keep sending and praying for them. I am very proud to be a part of this group, and watch it grow. God Bless them all!
