- More about me

I am a 50+ female lucky enough to be married to a husband that is patient with my whims and activities. He supports me with the horses, and goes alons with me when I decide a trip is called for, even at the last minute. He helps me pick fabric for a new quilt, or new clothes. He has a wonderful sense of style and color.
I am an equestrian and ride dressage. I am currently competing at 1st level, and in 2008 I finished 49th in the nation at 1st level freestyle! I am lucky enough to have a schoolmaster that is teaching me to ride better and at a higher level. I hope we can move up to 2nd level in January.
I am also a quilter. I design a lot of my own quilts, and have won awards for my work. It's my goal to be accepted in a large quilt show soon. I have done commission work, and my quilts are all over the world. I am president of our local quilt guild.
