Hello,
It's summer time in Oregon and that means lots of daylight and lots of things to do. It's hard to stay at home.
I'm still running a few days a week. The next race is the Hood to Coast relay at the end of August. Our team just met and assigned the legs. It sounds awful but it is fun.
I also just returned from a trip to Italy - one of my goals fulfilled! It was a wonderful time and I would go back tomorrow if I could.
I'm feeling great and loving life.
