E-911 Dispatch for the last 7 years for 2 counties and their surrounding communities.  Prior to that, Ad Mgr for local paper, with occasional freelancing opportunities.  Dream of completing my novel or turning a part-time hobby of documenting family memories, into a full-time career. 

Family life consists of 1 husband, 2 daughters and 2 sons, 6 grandaughters, 1 grandson, 4 dogs and 1 cat.  Oh, and did I mention our fish?

"The person who says it cannot be done should not interrupt the person doing it." Not sure who the author is, but it was included as a reference to Ethel Kennedy who had pillows with this quote inscribed in needlepoint. Sheila Weller recently wrote this article about Bobby Kennedy and the women he helped form, in one way or another. Also, from Proverbs 22 -- "Keep your mouth closed and you'll stay out of trouble."
