Although I was born and raised in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, I spent the most significant part of my life in Maryland, just over the border of Washington, DC. I've come to think of Maryland as my "home." In 2000 I moved to North Carolina where I spent 7 years in the Hickory area. Just recently, I moved to Charlotte and am contemplating my next move. If I had my 'druthers, and could live anywhere, it would be San Diego. It's beautiful there and the weather is almost perfect. However, my heart is in Maryland, with my grown sons.
