Short version - born in Germany, raised in northern Wisconsin, living now in Michigan along the shores of Lake Michigan.  Retired government employee who snowbirds - Florida in the winter! Divorced with three teenage grandkids - where did the time go?  Have travelled through most the the lower 48 states and Alaska, most of it on the back of a motorcycle. Am looking forward to more travelling, more of everything!
