    It is a finished painting, I understand (I think) what you are saying about the bricks but I don't know what to do about the eyes. What I am trying to do is capture the concern I see in his eyes but just can't seem to capture it. If you go to my profile page you can see how this eye theme is a constant with me that I just don't have the skill to correct. Do you have any techniques I might try to use on the collie I am doing now?
