             Hello...I  recently retired from teaching in hopes that I may devote the second phase of my life to my favorite things ... gardening, nature, photography and painting... I am so glad that I did!
                   I would love to meet people that share similar interests .... I am a lover of laughter and it's most important for me to maintain a positive, healthy and humorous attitude in this rather troubled world! Most importamtly, I never want to stop learning new things...I have found that learning something new is the best way of really getting to know one's own self!

Activities

Gardening, floral design, decoupage, paper mache, painting...love to go for rides to " nowhere"... and I really do like walking on the beach!!!

Favorite Charities

March of Dimes...They were incredibly good to my sister ...

Favorite Music

I love most music...Aaron Neville, Willie Nelson, Johnny Mathis...and old soul like Marvin Gaye! I also enjoy classical (Wagner)and alternative music (Suzzanne Ciani)...It depends on my mood...as do many things! lol

Favorite TV Shows

The Antique Road Show... I don't watch much television... I prefer Netfix!

Favorite Books

I like Ernest Hemingway... "The Sun Always Rises"...Edgar Cayce" There is a River"...

Favorite Places

Menemsha, Martha's Vineyard, MA. , South Royalton, VT, Tortola, Jost Van Dyke, Boston/ New York... Crans Montana, Switzerland !

Favorite Animals

Lamas and goats...I 've always wanted to have a small farm ! ( near a big city, need to keep the excitement close by) lol
