Places I've been

I moved from Pennsylvania to Massachusetts with Kripalu Center back in the 1980's. I lived, developed programs and taught within the Kripalu Center for 14 years. Then moved off to Portland, Oregon for a brief time (5 years). I loved Portland, wasn't fond of the rain! Now, I've been back in Massachusetts for over 10 years. I have travelled throughout the United States. Have been to England, Russia, Canada and Mexico. Every year, I go to Mexico for a scuba diving adventure with my sister and a group of scuba diving fans. I love to visit family in Arizona and am excited to soon visit Savannah, where my daughter now lives!

I like lots of different music. At this moment, I'm listening to classical music. The music I listen to depends on what I am doing. When I come home from work, I like to relax with calming music. If I want background music while I'm working around the house, I like the Buddha Lounge series. When I walk, give me something with a beat like Kenney Chesney, drumming, Shania Twain, etc.

My dogs are at the top of the list! I live in the woods and love the variety of wildlife around each day and each season. Besides my dogs, I'm particularly fond of blue herons and hawks.
