More about me

I was born in Chicago, Il, 13 Nov 50. I live in San Antonio, TX and work for the U.S. Army Reserve as a civilian, a Human Resource Specialist.  I've been doing this for 33 years. I'm 59 and will mark another birthday on Nov 13.  And I was in the Army Reserve for 27 years.  I am Jewish, and divorced.  I have one grown son from my first marriage...an outstanding young man, and one hell of a computer wiz.  I'm a sensitive and gentle person (please don't confuse sensitive and gentle for weak...I'm not), I'm a good man with a loving heart. When I fall in love again it will be for the last time because I believe in and truly want forever. I hope you do, too. I hope and pray, one day I'll find that special someone and get married again....I really want to. I miss the emotional and spiritual ties marriage can bring....not to mention the physical.  I miss having someone I can make the center of my universe. 

Oh...I'll mention this, too. I am a very affectionate person. I love to kiss...long slow tender kisses..or passionate ones, too (do you? are you a good kisser?) (Seems to be a lost art..) I love to cuddle and snuggle... A wonderful start to other things..or be incredibly wonderful just by itself....
 

Anyway....  My interests are varied (see Interest Section).

Activities

I love to write, mainly poems. I like to read, learning new things. I love to listen to good music. I love to have a good conversation. I love to collect model cars.

Favorite Music

My favorite musice is Classic rock, Classical, New Age. I love Jimi Hendrix, Led Zepplin, and the rest, I also love Bach, Mendelson, Mozart, and all those guys, in addition I love Enigma, Jean Michele Jarre, and other New Age artists.

Favorite TV Shows

I like history, biblical shows like on the History and Discovery Channels, also shows like "How Its Made". I also like to watch the Barret-Jackson Car auction on the Speed Channel. I like to watch Poriot and Sherlock Holmes episodes.

Favorite Movies

"Zorro, The Gay Blade", Star Trek, Star Wars movies. I do not watch horror or blood and guts movies.

Favorite Books

My favorite books are from an author by the name of Steven Brust.

My friend Mark W., who lives in Pennsylvania, just the finest soul I have ever met. He is my best friend in all the world.

Favorite Places

I would love to visit England, revisit Germany. Being Jewish I would like to visit the site of the Holocaust...places my parents told me about. I would also like to visit Israel.

Favorite Animals

Though I love Basset hounds. I have become a cat person. Terrific creatures.
