More about me: I love remodeling houses and still work on mine. I love color and design so making something "fit in" is art to me. I love reading and people. I love a large yard, walks in the park and trips to the country. I know that smiles lift the spirits of both the smiler and the one who receives the smile. I know that laughter heals and try to laugh as often as I can. I never laugh at suffering or errs and think making mistakes is not properly taught in our schools. I feel life is living well with lessons as needed. These lessons are now called mistakes but bring change which is needed to stay healthy.
Activities: I love reading doctors' and leaders' books in the field of stress management. Laughter is the foundation for leading a healthy, quality life. Smiles for me come in second. I love to see faces light up and eyes sparkle with the joy of living!
