Hey all!! First of all, I appreciate this forum for talking about what ails us. I have been asked by a few to say more about myself, thanks for the attention. Born and raised here in Sacramento. Lost my wife a couple years back to colon cancer. I have to say that I do not have much of a support system around me.
Well I have high cholesterol levels, hypertension and I have to admit I have a few pounds to lose. Well more than a few. Sorry I do not feel comfortable posting a picture until I have more confidence. Would you like to see me when I was 25?
