well I was born and raised in IL. met a Widower with two children and we married in 1968. We had one son together. He was a truck driver for CF. and at first drove cross country and was gone 10 and home two days. He got a transfer in 72 and we moved to Spokane WA. then in 78 there was a change in operations and we transferred to Couer D' Alene ID. and have been here ever since.
My husbands Co. went bankrupt four years ago and I have been working ever since LOL. He was able to retire with union teamsters Pension and SS.
My husband didn't want me to work so I was a stay at home Mom, I went to nursing homes and visited with of the patients and worked at my Church. I played on the church softball team for the first time at age 35 and have been playing ever since. I am currently playing and coaching two teams, one women's and one co-ed. My second love is fishing!! Tried to learn fly fishing but wasn't able to stick with it so haven't done that in a while.
Well my life has just taken a big change, I will be getting a divorce after 39 years! Domestic violence just brought all my unhappiness to a head, would never feels safe with him again! So that is my new story and I am sticking with this one also!
Well my divorce was final in 09. So I am experiencing the single life and so far so good, went on my first Cruise last month to the Mexican Riviera. Now I am looking forward to softball this summer!
