I have been married for 39 yrs to a wonderful man who tries so hard to help me in every way when I am having bad days. We have two grown children.  I am originially from the mountains of virginia in a little town named, Coeburn but grew up in the Tidewater area of va.

We have two children.  Our daughter lives in Chesapeake, Va and I miss her so much but try to get there and

visit when I can and she comes here when she can.  Our son lives here in North Carolina too.

I have very little activity right now but trying to start back to my walking. Taking it very very slow because of the pain.
