Would you like to know more about Canada and our people, places, & celebrations? When you join you become an "HONORARY CANADIAN" if you are not already CANADIAN.
I would like our group to be fun and educational. To introduce Canada to the world, Show Eons members how great our country is AND inform Canadian's and non-Canadians about other parts of the country. I am from The Maritimes so I know more about my part of the country. I am hoping other Canadians on Eons will post interesting info from their areas. I want members to feel comfortable asking questions about Canada. Demystify the false ideas. Like we all say EH, we have snow all year long. The content does not have to be all Canadian.

I have recently taken on the role of manager for this site. We are a small but mighty group. I am still struggling to accept my diagnosis of Lupus. It was diagnosed in July 2009 but I now know I have had it a lot longer but just didn't know what it was. So many of my other health issues can now be put under the lupus umbrella.
I see this group as a spot where we can help each other cope and educate and try to have fun along the way! . I know there are lots of people out there with lupus and caregivers. I hope we can work together with the other similar Eons groups.
We will be talking about other auto immune diseases because I have discovered that a person normally has several of these diseases together. If you know of anyone else dealing with Lupus please pass on this information. You don't have to have Lupus to join. Everyone is welcome.

How often do you go to Git-N-Split. I have a g/f there that works there. Her name is Rena. She mostly works night shift. And usually the cook.
