Places I've been

The love of travel began at an early age and I still love to explore new places and cultures, and will have a great time walking down the street if the company is good. I much prefer long car rides and trains and am game for "almost anything." I do enjoy any kind of adventure that comes from taking the road less traveled and am happiest when there is no schedule. But revisiting a favorite city and familiar places is like having a home away from home. Frequent business travel and too infrequent personal travel have taken me across the US, Canada, Mexico, Japan, France, Germany and Italy but there is so much world to see.

Can work be a hobby? Aside from that, things that put a smile on my face are: Travel, music, travel, cooking, dining with friends/family, travel, crafts, gardening, travel, reading, gadgets, anything tech, and did I mention travel?

Alternative (yup, like Coldplay, Lifehouse, the Fray), pop-rock, rock (old and new), classical, Broadway, R & B, adult contemporary, lite jazz and most good music but am not into hip-hop or rap.
