One of the healthiest cereals? I'm not sure if that means Total is especially good for you or just that the competition is so poor.

It just makes sense that anything you eat has to be part of a bigger plan. I'm sure all those vitamins are good, but they don't mean much if you don't fill out the rest of your day with good stuff. It's all about taking responsibility for what we put into our bodies.
