About me
Hi.... I'm a 58 yr old female. Recently registered on eons and excited to meet new people. I've been separated for 7 years, but I'm not here to try to "hook-up" with anyone, just find nice people for casual chat and possibly find "forever friends". I am still trying to navigate eons, so please be patient with me. I like to laugh and see others laugh, but I have a serious side as well. I am attracted to people of good character... people that know when enough is enough and show respect for themselves and others. I'm offended by and avoid people that do not have these qualities.... however it is my nature to try to be nice to everyone. I am a quiet person most of the time. I can be opinionated sometimes and unforgiving. I pretty much live by the "3 strikes and you're out" rule. Gossip bores me. I love most animals. I love most music ....blues being my very favorite. I like history, visiting it and reading it.... especially antebellum south. My favorite thing to do is visit plantations. Thats enough to digest for now. Visting historical sites, gardening, listening to music, street dances, festivals, trying new restaurants, collecting blues cds, spending time with my children. I HATE going anywhere alone!

A few of my all time favorites... The Color Purple, Fried Green Tomatoes, Where the Red Fren Grows, Seabiscuit, Nell, Ray, any movie that can take you thru every emotion and provokes lasting thought. I wouldn't give 2 cents for most of the movies made in this day and age. However, every great now and then a good one comes along.
