More about me

I am from the Panhandle of Texas. I was raised on a farm with many animals and extended family. I worked hard and developed good work ethics. I live by the golden rule and treat everyone I meet with respect and interest. I married early to a military man and follow him to Europe and Vietnam. I have traveled from coast to coast and finally ended up in Virginia Beach, Virginia.

 I worked in the funeral business for several years and after a back Injury went to work for a huge Health company working as an medical secretary. I have attended  several colleges and a business college. I like to garden, write, read and love people. I have two cats which I dearly adore. Jack of All Trades and master of some.

I have four children three boys and a girl. My two middle boys live in Virginia Beach, Virginia and I also have two grandchildren in the area. My oldest son is living in Little Rock, Arkansas and is self employed. He owns seven Hot Dog businesses, does Motivational Seminars, and owns several other busineses. He is my high profile child. My other two boys are in construction and my one and only daughter lives in Deland, Florida and she is a Registered Nurse. She works in one day surgery at a local hospital.

I have many interest such as the environment, wildlife, traveling, football, baseball, NASCAR, outdoor activities, touring historical spots across Florida, and other states. I like to excercise and ride my bike. Love to meet new people from different walks of life and make new friends. I love working and exploring on the Internet.
