More about me

I was born and raised in Guaynabo, Puerto Rico and came to New York when I was a teenager.

I graduated from Sarah J. Hale Voc High School and went on to Brooklyn College.

In 1993 I moved from New York to Virginia while working for DoD.  Been here since then.

I miss Puerto Rico (my beaches, my mountains, my people, my music, my language, my traditions)

I also miss New York (museums, theaters, stores, and yes...subways!)

My children are grown and have children of their own.

I like to dance, read literature and poetry, discuss philosophy and theology.  I also enjoy exercise.

I adhere to the golden rule: treat others as you would like to be treated. 

And: if you can't say anything nice...don't say anything.

I am well-traveled and enjoy good cuisine.

I have an adventurous spirit and like to meet people from different backgrounds.
