More about me
I was raised in a small town and completed high school. I went to a Business College and then worked until, I married and moved to a farm. I raised 5 children.  During the harsh winter in northern USA, I became self taught in crocheting, knitting, casting plaster, some painting, macrame and did a lot of sewing for my children. I went back to college at age 50.  As a youth, I loved to play the piano and the guitar.  They were my emotional outlets. I have a Casio now.  I've been living alone for the past ten years.  My exhusband and I have a legal seperation.  It's a long story!  Need to know basis.  I moving forward and trying to find peace of mind and serenity, I haven't felt in a long time.  I love to learn new things and like to challenge myself. 
Activities
Lately, I have had to go to rehab center 3 days a week. I do flower arrangements as gift for family. Like to decorate my home. Make most of what, I have is refurbished things love to do that. Got a antique camel back trunk, I have to do something with. I crochet, try to knit, oh yes, I try to play the piano. Fingers aren't as fast anymore. I'll have to go to Waltzes. I enjoy reading, but haven't done much of that lately. I've taken control of my health matters. My daughter worries to much. If she had her way, I would have around the clock care. It's rediculous. I love watching the children. My two that left the cities miss me. Thinking I'll take back driving as an activitie. I drive to see them, just call me a traveler Seriously, I did have occasions to travel and loved it.

Sister Kinney, March of Dimes, Seeds of Hope Adult abuse center for adult women. Love any animal shelters.
Favorite Music
I like all music. Classic, Western and even a little opera, depends on which opera. Love gospel music and inspirational music. I love to hear the bagpipes. Favorite instrument flute. I like guitar music of all kinds. Piano for resting. I do have singers that I like but would be to numerous to mention. Father was a tenor he sang and played the guitar. Boy, he could brings tears to everyones eyes. Oh! Danny Boy was one example.
Favorite TV Shows
I like watching the world news. Once in awhile, I take a rest. It can get to be a bit much. I like forensic shows on Discover Health Channel, also Animal planet.
Favorite Movies
It's been a long time since, I've seen one. Let's see, oh The King and I. Die Hard action, but not all of them. Documentaries.

All of John Griffith's Books. Ruth Rendell A Sight For Sore Eyes. Zane Grey, most everyone he wrote.

Favorite People
I'm a people watcher. I find some have such additudes, while others are so layed back. People that don''t have road rage. My ownly sister. I choose friends very carefully. I'm not impressed with titled people unless they are down to earth and aren't full of themselved. Famous people get the same reaction from me and anyone else. They probably have been given gifts like singing acting politics, what ever. They are just like us. Put the pants on one leg at a time.
Favorite Places
Washington DC historic places. Seattle WA-Space Needle. The locks at the warf. Liked watching the Salmon fight to get up stream. Knoxville, TN Lots of things to do there. Dollywood for one. Kansas City, just because.
Favorite Animals
Shis Tzu, I have 2 of them. What fun! I loved horses and still do but haven't ridden for awhile. I did mount and ride arount an arena, My daughters-in-law never saw me ride. I think they thought it was in my dream. I like to watch horse races and show horses. Buffalo because they are so darned mean, one can't get very close. I really love the Zoo animals but don't really like to think of them penned up.
