A Coast Guard Service Brat...We bounced all over the map.Portland Maine, to New Orleans...to Los Angeles, a couple different times.Washington State, plus Alaska and Hawaii...and points in between, including Reno and Carson City Nevada, Lake Tahoe California, Idaho, and now Montana. Glacier National Park is now my backyard along with the largest fresh water lake west of the Mississippi River, it's called Flathead Lake. It's been my home for the past 23 years, and I love it!

More about me

I'm an over 50 victim of fate...actually a 59 year old divorced father of two girls...one of which moved in with me about 3 years ago, and turned me old and grey before my time. Ahh, I love her, and I love the great outdoors, I guess I should since I'm lucky to live in one of the most beautiful places on the planet. I call Montana's Flathead Valley home, with gorgeous Flathead Lake (check out panoramic photo on my banner), and Glacier National Park (check the many photos of Glacier Park in my photo file) just minutes away. I downhill ski in winter and golf the summer months. I'm an ex Dj and now former Schwanman. I just recently started working as morning news anchor at my old radio station 1180 KOFI-AM, in Kalispell, Mt. My day starts early, about 4:30 a.m.  I work long hours and play hard on my off time. No permanent attachments at this time, but always keeping my options open. I love to talk about news and sports, and as an old Dj I also enjoy talking about classic rock music and the history surrounding it! People I know include my Mother and Father plus my daughters! My late grandmother Goldie...she showed me how a person can pass into the next world with strength & class! Despite the continual pain at the end, she could always find a way to smile, and say she was going to fine. Famous people I admire include Jimmy Buffett...I often identify with many of his song lyrics. They often hit home for me. Dennis Miller is a word genius, I love his dry wit and take on life.
