More about me

My name is Bob (as you may have surmised from screen name). I currently live in Spring, Tx. I am recently divorced and beginning life anew! I am originally from Conn. and have been living in Texas for some 27 years now. 

I am an IT Systems Analyst with HP.  I would say I am spiritual but not religious.

I have always felt I represented well our generatiion, having participated in the two events that most shaped our times, Viet Nam and Woodstock (see my blog).  I find this sort of ironic, War and Peace; but then it sometimes seems my life has been full of irony.

Looking forward to retirement but expect it will be a few years off yet (especially now with the economic collapse!). Enjoy dining out with friends, playing cards, and attending concerts and shows.
